Symptom:
All my desktop browsers open this fine. Mobile Firefox opens this fine. Only when I tried with mobile Chrome did I get the error: err_cert_authority_invalid
Check SSL at some sites:
1/ https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/
=> This server’s certificate chain is incomplete. Grade capped to B.
2/ https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html
=> You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it a trusted root certificate.
Resolution:
the line SSLCACertificateFile /var/cpanel/ssl/installed/cabundles/…. is missed in httpd.conf (for WHM/Cpanel)
=> Reinstall SSL certificate in WHM
